Refund policy

For whatever reason, if you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from our website, you can return or exchange that merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

To be within the 30 day time limit, the return/exchange must be initiated by way of contacting us by phone at +390645438161 or by sending us an email at n.clemente@gianicolohub.com  within those 30 days indicating the order number and the email address used when registering on the site. At that point, you will receive confirmation that you have initiated the return and can proceed with the return shipping of the items you wish to return or exchange.

Within Europe and The United Kingdom shipping free for orders of at least € 200. After having received free shipping, in the event of a return, if the purchase amount of the products you have decided to keep does not meet the minimum value of € 200, € 25 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the original shipping cost. For all countries outside Europe and The United Kingdom, there is a shipping fee of € 50 for all orders.

Return shipping is processed by you independently and at your cost, we do not provide return shipping labels. The return shipment must contain either the packing list or the original purchase receipt. On the packing list or receipt you must indicate which items are to be returned or exchanged.

The shipment of the returned products and any risks related to it are entirely borne by the customer. The products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed in their original packaging and complete with all the labels and any attached manuals. Footwear must be returned inside its original box and the return can be refused if the box is damaged.

Our warehouse will take delivery of the returned products, reserving the right to verify their integrity. Once the returned merchandise has been accepted, in the event of a return, we will refund the amount paid for the purchase of the returned products, or in the event of an exchange we will ship out the exchange items.

If items are sent or brought back to us without following the above procedures (i.e. return initiation within 30days of delivery, including packing list or receipt of purchase in shipment, items damaged or not in original condition) we reserve the right to send the items back to you and not provide an exchange or refund.

Refunds are processed within approximately 3 - 5 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the website. If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies. If you paid by PayPal account, refunds will be credited directly to your PayPal account.
